This website is operated by DrinksBoat, specializing in women's tank tops. By using our site and services, you agree to the following terms and policies.
SECTION 5 PRODUCT POLICIES
Product Specifications
- All tank tops list fabric composition (e.g., 60% cotton + 40% modal, 100% organic cotton) with actual photos of care labels and stretch test videos in product details. Due to monitor color variations, slight differences may occur between the product and images; refer to multi-angle model styling videos for accuracy.
- Size System: XS-L standard sizes (XL-3XL available for select styles), with the Tank Top Size Guide (highlighting measurement methods for bust, length, and strap spacing).
Inventory & Purchase Limits
- Designer collaboration styles and lace/embroidered designs are limited to 2 pieces per account. Basic styles (e.g., solid-color camisoles, sports tanks) are limited to 5 pieces to prevent bulk purchasing by dealers.
SECTION 6 SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Rates
- Free domestic shipping (ZTO/YTO Express, dispatched within 48 hours) for orders over ¥299; ¥10 shipping fee for orders under ¥299.
- Remote areas (Xinjiang, Tibet, etc.) incur an additional ¥15 surcharge, auto-calculated at checkout.
Shipping Guarantee Policy
- Core Clause: Only one shipping fee applies per order (including returns). For non-quality-related returns, customers pre-pay return shipping costs, which will be reimbursed based on actual expenses upon refund processing.
SECTION 7 RETURN & REFUND
Return Eligibility
- No-Reason Returns: Within 15 days of receipt, items must be unworn, unwashed, with intact tags and no makeup/perfume stains (avoid stretching straps during try-on to prevent deformation).
- Quality Issues: Non-human-caused defects (e.g., loose seams, missing buttons, fabric snags) require clear detail photos as proof.
Fee Terms
- No Restocking Fee: Returns incur no handling charges. Refund amount = actual payment + initial shipping fee - customer-prepaid return shipping cost.
Special Item Restrictions
- Customized items (e.g., embroidered names, specially tailored fits) and clearance items (marked "non-returnable") only qualify for returns due to quality issues, not for no-reason returns.
SECTION 13 DISCLAIMER
- Damage caused by improper washing (e.g., machine-washing wool materials, high-temperature drying) is not considered a quality issue and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Decorative beads, rhinestones, and other accessories that fall off within 30 days of normal wear are eligible for free repair; paid repair services will be provided after 30 days.
