    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (based on logistics confirmation).
  2. Eligibility
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, with intact tags and original packaging.
    • Accessories and gifts must be returned together; proof of purchase is required.
  3. Shipping & Fees
    • One-Time Shipping Fee: Covers all orders (including returns). Customers pre-pay return shipping for non-quality issues, reimbursed after inspection.
    • No Restocking Fee: Returns incur no handling charges.
